Wholesale Vertical shaft impact crusher compound crusher for sand making production Product, Factories

Vertical shaft impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which combining the advantages of impact crusher and hammer crusher. It is also known as vertical compound crusher or composite crusher. The difference from ordinary composite crushers is that it has no screening grate in the crushing cavity. It has the characteristics of high reduction ratio, low power consumption, stable performance and easy maintenance. This kind of machine is widely used in sand making production line or fine crushing. The granularity of the finished product of the heavy-duty composite crusher can reach 120 meshes.

Product Description

Working Principle

The main components of vertical shaft crushing equipment include the rotor, hammer, liner, feeding mouth, discharging port and electric motor. Materials fall into the high-speed rotation impellers from the feeding mouth of the machine. Under the high-speed centrifugal force, materials will have high-speed impact with other materials which flow around the impellers. After they attack each other, they will be discharged from the bottom discharging mouth. Materials will experience repetitive crushing before being discharged. Besides, it can achieve the required product size by controlling screening equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What are the primary components of this vertical shaft crushing equipment?
The main components of the machine include the rotor, hammer, liner, feeding mouth, discharging port, and the electric motor.
Q2: How does the vertical shaft crusher process the input materials?
Materials enter through the feeding mouth and drop onto high-speed rotating impellers. Centrifugal force drives the materials to collide at high speeds with other surrounding materials. They undergo repetitive crushing inside the chamber before exiting through the bottom discharging port.
Q3: What is the typical output size of the crushed products?
All models, from PFL-800 to PFL-1750, are designed to produce a final output size range of 0-5 mm.
Q4: How can we adjust or control the final size of the output product?
The desired product size is controlled and achieved by integrating and managing the screening equipment used alongside the crusher.
Q5: What is the maximum material input size for the PFL-1500 model?
The maximum allowable input size for the PFL-1250, PFL-1500, and PFL-1750 models is 100 mm.
Q6: What is the maximum production capacity of these crushers?
The capacity varies by model, ranging from 5-15 t/h on the PFL-800 up to 40-100 t/h on the heavy-duty PFL-1750 model.
