The lab double roller crusher is mainly composed of a fixed roller, movable roller, drive shaft, body, enclosure, motor, and other parts. There are two cylindrical rollers horizontally installed on mutually parallel racks. One of the roller bearings is movable and the other roller bearing is fixed.
Driven by the electric motor, the two rollers do opposite rotation, which then generates a huge force to crush materials between the two crushing rollers. Broken materials that match the required size are discharged from the discharging port.
