This machine is composed of cylinder body, frame, hand gear reducer, frame, electrical control and other main components. The basic principle of the mercury amalgamation gold extraction method is to utilize the selective wetting effect of mercury on gold particles. During the mercury amalgamation process, the surface of gold particles get wet by mercury, and then the mercury diffuses into the interior of the gold particles to form amalgams of different compositions, such as AuHg2, AuAg and Au3Hg. Finally it will form a solid solution of gold in mercury. This process is to achieve effective separation of gold particles from other minerals.
