The main crushing equipment of the mobile hammer crusher plant is the hammer crusher. The material enters the hammer crusher through the vibrating feeder, and then the crushed material is output through the belt conveyor. We can also add a vibrating screen after the belt conveyor according to the customer's needs.
The motor of the hammer crusher drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the V-belt and pulley. The material enters from the feeding mouth, then crushed by the strong collision with the hammer and rotor. After collides with the liner and grate plate, so as to screen out the required discharging size.
